With the Sim.LED 5000/7000 Multicolor, SIMEON is setting new standards for theater lighting. SIMEON has now pioneered the first theater lights with consistently high color rendering at any color temperature.

Benefits: You choose a color temperature of 3,500, 4,000, 4,500, 5,000 or 5,500 K and receive a consistently high color rendering index of > 96 in every configuration.

SIM.LED technology gives you the best-possible light for any scenario, oriented on the sunlight. All this with power consumption around 50 watts! This effect is achievable thanks to the unique combination of the very latest LED technology with SIMEON’s patented and proven reflector technology.

The large light-emitting surface generates perfectly homogeneous, shadow-free illumination thanks to a carefully conceived arrangement of SIMEON reflector light modules and perfect bundling and overlapping of light rays. SIMEON’s Reflector Shadow Resolution System (RSRS) gives you excellent illumination at all times and in every situation – without any sensor systems or automatic adjustment of the light values. Further the aluminum housing and the well-established heat management offers two important advantages:

  • Avoidance of heat accumulation by direct heat sink function which leads to an extremely long lifetime of the LED’s.
  • The optimized heat management and the very low power consumption creates a perfect hygienic environment under laminar flow ceiling conditions.

The hygienic standards of an excellent OR-light system are determined by a simple and fast possibility of disinfecting the light head. This is accommodated by the use of ESG safety glass (instead of coated plastic glass), the sealed design of the Sim.LED series and the usage of Anti.BAC coating.

Operating Functions

All operating functions are intuitively controllable via cardanic control panel:

  • On/Off button with LED
  • My.LED button (storage function)
  • Sim.BIANCE button (background illumination for endoscopic procedures)
  • Illumination intensity plus/minus (8 steps)
  • Illuminated field size plus/minus (5 steps)
  • Color temperature plus/minus (5 steps)

    • Further the my.GRIP function offers a sterile control of two operating functions in parallel and directly on the sterile handle with up to 12 freely selectable combinations.
